	Q			What is a GMA ePROFILE?

	A			An ePROFILE is essentially an electonic press kit that GMA members may use to promote their ministry or business.

	Q			How much does it cost?

	A			There is no cost to publish your own ePROFILE if you are a GMA member. Once a member, you may enter your username and password to access the "Add ePROFILE" section.

	Q			How do I upload my songs?

	A			You may upload up to three (3) songs to your ePROFILE. The submission page contains an upload feature that will allow you to browse your computer and attach the necessary files. Please be sure to save your files to an MP3 format. If you experience any problems when uploading your song files, please e-mail Angilee Smith at angilee@gospelmusic.org.

	Q			I'm an artist manager (or other industry professional). Can I publish an ePROFILE?

	A			Yes. ePROFILEs are available for all main industry professions. Instead of an artist photo, you will upload a logo. Instead of a bio, you will include a description, etc. The audio section will not show up in this instance.

	Q			Can I send an ePROFILE link via email?

	A			Yes. Just view the ePROFILE you want to send and click on "Send ePROFILE" button. You can then send to up to five (5) people's email addresses and repeat as often as you wish.

	Q			Can I upload my performances of other artist's songs?

	A			Yes, as long as you own or control the necessary rights to that song. Please see Terms of Use for more information.

	Q			I submitted my ePROFILE but it didn't upload immediately. What's wrong?

	A			It takes 24 to 48 hours for your ePROFILE to post online. Once posted, you may edit your ePROFILE and all changes will be immediate.

	Q			How long will my ePROFILE remain online?

	A			Your ePROFILE will remain online as long as your GMA membership is active unless you request for it to be removed.
