As a GMA Member, you may create an electronic press kit, which is displayed in ePROFILE, to promote your ministry or business. Personal information and songs you submit for your ePROFILE will be available to the general public. You should be aware that, when you voluntarily disclose personal information, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties. In addition, besides being subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Use, your use of ePROFILE means you agree to the following:

1. GMA reserves the right to update or modify these ePROFILE Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of ePROFILE following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the ePROFILE Terms of Use as changed.

2. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CONTENT AND SONGS POSTED ON YOUR ePROFILE. By posting information or messages, uploading songs, or otherwise providing any material for display, including but not limited to photos, you are warranting and representing the validity and accuracy of any information listed and that you are not misappropriating or infringing any third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. To the extent that you do not own or control all of the rights in a song (e.g., sound recording, lyrics or composition), image, or other material posted, you warrant and represent you have obtained all necessary waivers, releases, consents and/or other authorizations necessary for the song, image, or material to be used and exploited in ePROFILE and you are solely responsible for any monies or fees that may be owed in connection with the use of the same.

3. GMA is not responsible for and does not make any representations regarding the content, accuracy, or ownership of materials, information, or songs posted on ePROFILE. GMA is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any infringement, damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your or third parties' use of or reliance on any content posted in your ePROFILE.

4. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GMA, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or accruing from any claim of copyright or other intellectual property infringement, whether such claims are well-grounded or not.

5. If GMA receives notice, pursuant to Article 6.c. of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, alleging that your song or other material is infringing a third party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or if GMA reasonably suspects that your use of ePROFILE violates GMA's or third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, the infringing material will be expeditiously removed from the Website. In addition, GMA may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Members Only section with or without notice to you, and may elect to terminate your membership if it suspects that you have engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the ePROFILE section. If your membership is terminated under this Article, the membership fee will not be refunded.
