CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration payment is NON REFUNDABLE at any time. If you wish to cancel your registration on or before June 30, 2010, you will receive a credit on your account, less a $75 processing fee per cancelled registration. The credit placed on your account can be redeemed for GMA Immerse 2011 ONLY. Cancellations must be finalized on or before the June 30th cancellation deadline. You may choose to transfer the registration to a substitute participant to avoid any cancellation fees. No credits or refunds will be issued to any registration cancelled 30 days or less before the event.
