GMA allows Members to post classified ads in the Classifieds.

1. The posting of your ad in the Classifieds constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Classifieds Terms of Use besides the General Terms and Conditions of Use. GMA reserves the right to update or modify the Classifieds Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of the Website following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Classifieds Terms of Use as changed.

2. By posting an ad in the Classifieds, you agree that the ad is legal, decent, honest and truthful; that you will be solely responsible for its content; and that you are legally able to sell any item(s) you list for sale.

3. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot post any ad without the consent of your parent or guardian.

4. GMA is not a party to any transaction that may take place, and shall not be responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from any posting. By using the Classifieds, you agree to accept all risks of the transaction and agree that GMA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users of the Classifieds.

5. You agree to indemnify GMA and hold GMA harmless from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of your advertisement, whether such claims are well-grounded or not.

6. GMA will not monitor every posting. If GMA receives notice, pursuant to Article 7.c. of the General Terms and Conditions of Use, alleging that material posted by you is infringing third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or if GMA reasonably suspects that your use of the Classifieds violates GMA's or third parties' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, the infringing material will be expeditiously removed from the Website. Further, if GMA receives notice that a posting is objectionable, GMA will remove the objectionable material if GMA deems removal is warranted. GMA reserves the right to remove (or not) any posting for any (or no) reason whatsoever. In addition, GMA may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Members Only section with or without notice to you, and GMA may also elect to terminate your membership if it suspects that you have engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the Classifieds. If your membership is terminated under this Article, the membership fee will not be refunded.
